Crafted with industrial-grade components, the Angle iron roll forming machine features Cr12MoV cutting blades (heat-treated to HRC 58-60) for durability and 12-station forming rollers made of bearing steel CR12, enabling stable processing of 0.45-0.9mm thick GI/PPGI steel. Its 2.5-ton vertical manual uncoiler and 3-meter receiving rack optimize material handling, while the PLC control system (supporting Chinese, English, and Spanish) ensures user-friendly operation.

Equipped with a 7.5kW main motor and K-type reducer, this machine realizes seamless integration of uncoiling, forming, and cutting. The 50mm solid shaft (forged 45# steel) and gear-driven transmission enhance structural stability, making it a reliable choice for mass production of angle iron profiles.
